MESSIAH 2027

The Question Everyone Asks

When will the Messiah return?

Scripture gives a season, not a secret. The season has a beginning, a boundary, and a feast at its close. All three are written, and all three can be checked.

You may have arrived here asking that question with a different name on your lips. The Messiah's name is Yahusha, and His Father's name is Yahuah. The names matter, and this site teaches them, but the question you carried here is the right question, and Scripture does not leave it unanswered.

Yahusha was asked this exact question on the Mount of Olives: what shall be the sign of your coming? He did not refuse the question. He gave a sign, a clock, and a limit.

The sign He gave: the fig tree

"Now learn a parable of the fig tree; When his branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer is nigh... Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass, till all these things be fulfilled" (Matthew 24:32-34).

The fig tree is Israel. It put forth leaves in 1947, when the nation was restored to the land after nearly two thousand years. The generation that saw it would not pass away before all was fulfilled. And Scripture defines how long a generation lasts:

1947 + 80 = 2027

"The days of our years are threescore years and ten; and if by reason of strength they be fourscore years" (Psalm 90:10). Eighty years is the outer wall. The window that opened in 1947 closes in 2027.

This is not one lone calculation. Ten independent biblical timelines, from different prophets, different centuries, and different starting points, converge on the same 1947 to 2027 window. The fig tree teaching in full shows every step.

"But no man knows the day or hour"

That verse is the reason most people stop asking. Read it again: "But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only" (Matthew 24:36).

He was not ending the watch. Two verses earlier He had just commanded the watch. He was naming the feast. On Yahuah's calendar there is exactly one appointed time that begins on a day and hour no man can name in advance: Yom Teruah, the Feast of Trumpets, which starts only when the new moon is sighted. To a Hebrew audience, "no man knows the day or hour" was not a shrug. It was an address.

In 2027, Yom Teruah falls in September, at the close of the fig tree window. For the watch dates and how the day is confirmed, see when is the Feast of Trumpets in 2026 and 2027.

The signs already behind us

Most of what people are waiting for has already happened. Six markers stand fulfilled in recorded history:

The full sequence, verse by verse.

The one event still ahead

Jerusalem, surrounded by armies

One final trigger remains. When the nations gather against Jerusalem, the whole of Zechariah 12 through 14 and Joel 3 fulfills together in one stroke: the cup of trembling, the city taken, the Spirit poured out, the remnant refined, Yahuah roaring out of Zion, His feet standing on the Mount of Olives. One event, and some ten prophecies land at once, on the Day of Yahuah.

So the honest answer to "when" is this: the season is now, the boundary is Yom Teruah 2027, and the last thing on the calendar before that day is the world turning on Jerusalem. Watch the city.
